I’m Selina, a product designer in Milan. I work where strategy meets interface: understanding people and organisations first, then designing the products and services that serve them.
Background
I started in product design at NABA, making objects and interfaces. The more I designed, the more I wanted to understand the problem behind the brief, so I went on to study strategic design at POLI.design, Politecnico di Milano.
Today I bring both together: research and service thinking to frame the right problem, and interface craft to make the answer real.
How I work
Problem before pixels
Research and reframing come first, so the design solves the right problem.
Systems, not screens
I map journeys and services end to end, then design the touchpoints.
Business and people
Good design works for the users and for the organisation behind it.
Outside work
Away from the screen, I make things with my hands.
